Our returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights, entitles you to a refund for an item bought online or in store with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.

Please note that we are unable to make changes to your ongoing order, therefore your order cannot be cancelled.

If construction has been started, or the items are completed, a refund may not be issued. You can return the product in the mentioned time frame, after you have received it.

As some items are tailor-made, to the customers individual specifications, Duo Design reserves the right once the furniture has been delivered and accepted by the customer, not to accept returns unless the furniture is faulty by manufacturing defects.

If the item you ordered was a CUSTOM order and/or you received a special color mix and/or finish pattern, your item is non-returnable.

The return service is provided under the following conditions:

The customer presents in original the fiscal document (invoice / fiscal receipt) which proves the purchase of the products in question (and the accompanying documents);

The products are returned in the original packaging (the packaging in which they were purchased) with all the accessories and the label intact (without traces of use, damage, impact);

The following products / product ranges are NOT returned or replaced except for conformity reasons:

Batteries, ordinary bulbs, halogen bulbs (removed from the original box);

Products made of textiles, as well as customized products on request and according to customer specifications (eg custom kitchens, custom dressings, special sizes (atypical), products that have undergone changes agreed by the customer at the time of installation, and not limited to them);

It is not accepted the return of used products or on which unauthorized interventions have been performed, those that show signs of wear or use, scratches, shards, blows, mechanical / electrical shocks, products that lack accessories.

We are in the office Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 5pm.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if arranged via our service.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

After our warehouse receives your returned products and confirms that all the requirements have been met, your return will be processed to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place your order. An email confirmation will be sent after the refund has been processed. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company’s policies

BANK TRANSFER REFUNDS

After our warehouse receives your returned products and confirms that all the requirements have been met, your return will be processed to the Bank Account details specified by yourself. An email confirmation will be sent after the refund has been processed.

Our Bank usually issues refunds within 5 working days of our request. The refunded sum will be visible on your statement shortly thereafter. You can check your refund in your online banking account or by contacting your Bank.

Politica noastra de returnari, care este in plus fata de drepturile dvs. legale, va da dreptul la o rambursare pentru un articol cumparat online sau din magazin cu o primire valabila sau un document sumar al coletului in termen de 14 zile de la primire. Acest lucru nu afecteaza drepturile dvs. legale.

Pentru rambursare, articolele trebuie sa fie neutilizate, returnate in ambalajul original si intr-o stare reangajabila. Ne rezervam dreptul de a deduce din restituirea dvs. pentru a acoperi orice costuri de reambalare.

Va rugam sa retineti ca nu putem efectua modificari la comanda dvs. in curs, de aceea comanda dvs. nu poate fi anulata.

Daca constructia a fost inceputa sau daca articolele au fost finalizate, nu se poate emite o rambursare. Puteti returna produsul in intervalul de timp mentionat, dupa ce l-ati primit.

Deoarece unele articole sunt personalizate, conform specificatiilor individuale ale clientilor, Duo Design isi rezerva dreptul dupa ce mobilierul a fost livrat si acceptat de catre client, de a nu accepta returnari decat daca mobilierul este defect din fabricarea defectelor de fabricatie.

Daca articolul pe care l-ati comandat a fost o comanda PERSONALIZATA si / sau ati primit un amestec de culori speciale si / sau un model de finisare, produsul dvs. nu este returnabil.

Serviciul de retur este furnizat in urmatoarele conditii:

Clientul prezinta in original documentul fiscal (factura / bon fiscal) care dovedeste achizitionarea produselor in cauza (si documentele insotitoare);

Produsele sunt returnate in ambalajul original (ambalajul in care au fost achizitionate) cu toate accesoriile si eticheta intacta (fara urme de utilizare, deteriorare, impact);

Urmatoarele produse / game de produse NU sunt returnate sau inlocuite cu exceptia motivelor de conformitate:

Baterii, becuri obisnuite, becuri cu halogen (scoase din cutia initiala);

Produse confectionate din materiale textile, precum si produse personalizate la cerere si in conformitate cu specificatiile clientului (de exemplu, bucatarii personalizate, pansamente personalizate, dimensiuni speciale (atipice), produse care au suferit modificari convenite de client in momentul instalarii si fara a se limita la lor);

Nu este acceptata returnarea produselor folosite sau pe care s-au efectuat interventii neautorizate, cele care prezinta semne de uzura, zgarieturi, cioburi, lovituri, socuri mecanice / electrice, produse care nu au accesorii.

Motivul solicitarii de returnare

Suntem la birou de luni pana vineri, de la 9:00 la 17:00.

Veti fi responsabil pentru plata propriilor cheltuieli de transport pentru returnarea articolului. Costurile de transport nu sunt rambursabile. Daca primiti o rambursare, costul transportului de retur va fi dedus din rambursarea dvs., daca este stabilit prin serviciul nostru.

Daca expediati un articol de peste 50 GBP, ar trebui sa luati in considerare utilizarea unui serviciu de transport cu urmarire sau achizitionarea unei asigurari de transport. Nu suntem responsabili pentru pierderi sau bunuri deteriorate de compania de livrare.

RESTITUIRE PE CARTE DE CREDIT

Dupa ce depozitul nostru primeste produsele returnate si confirma ca toate cerintele au fost indeplinite, returnarea dvs. va fi procesata la acelasi card de credit sau debit folosit pentru a plasa comanda. O confirmare prin e-mail va fi trimisa dupa procesarea restituirii. Timpurile de rambursare vor depinde de politicile Companiei de card de credit / debit

RESTITUIRE PRIN TRANSFER BANCAR

Dupa ce depozitul nostru primeste produsele returnate si confirma ca toate cerintele au fost indeplinite, returnarea dvs. va fi procesata in detaliile contului bancar specificate de dvs. O confirmare prin e-mail va fi trimisa dupa ce rambursarea a fost procesata.

De obicei, Banca noastra emite rambursari in termen de 5 zile lucratoare de la solicitarea noastra. Suma restituita va fi vizibila in declaratia dvs. in curand dupa aceea. Puteti verifica rambursarea in contul dvs. bancar online sau contactand banca.
